With more than 25 years of executive finance, accounting, and operational leadership experience, Amber specializes in helping business owners improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, reduce tax liability, and make confident financial decisions.

Holding an MBA in Accounting and Business Administration, Amber provides strategic guidance in bookkeeping, accounting, tax planning, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and CFO advisory. She has successfully led financial turnarounds, secured multimillion-dollar financing for clients, and developed scalable financial systems that support long-term growth.

Known for her practical, hands-on approach, Amber partners closely with entrepreneurs to deliver proactive financial leadership beyond traditional accounting. Kenneth J. Purfey, CPA, EA, CMA, CFS, and FCPA

Ken Purfey is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant and financial executive with more than 35 years of executive financial leadership spanning public accounting, Fortune 200 companies, capital markets, and executive advisory. His distinguished career includes leading 72 mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $15 billion, serving as a former SOX advisory partner, national SOX spokesperson, and SEC expert witness. He has also implemented corporate governance frameworks for more than 40 organizations.

As Green Collar CFO’s Affiliated CPA and Executive Financial Advisor, Ken provides CPA-level tax preparation, strategic tax planning, financial reporting oversight, and executive advisory services. His extensive technical expertise and practical business insight help clients navigate complex tax, accounting, compliance, and growth challenges with confidence.

Jamie Williams, EA

Enrolled Agent, Cannabis Tax Expert & IRS Collections Specialist | Executive Partner

Jamie Williams, EA is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) admitted to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in examinations, collections, and appeals in all 50 states. She has prepared more than 1,200 federal and state tax filings for over 540 individual and business clients across 42 states and the District of Columbia, with experience spanning individual, corporate, S corporation, nonprofit, and multi-state taxation.

Jamie specializes in tax controversy and IRS resolution, having successfully negotiated more than 110 Offers in Compromise, 55 installment agreements, numerous penalty abatements, and Collection Due Process cases.

As Green Collar’s affiliated Enrolled Agent and Tax Resolution Specialist, Jamie leads the firm’s tax strategy, IRS representation, and cannabis tax compliance services, helping clients minimize risk, remain compliant, and make informed financial decisions with confidence.

Ruth Irenea, BA

Accounting Manager

Ruth is an accomplished accounting and financial reporting professional with 20 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, Sales Tax and VAT compliance, internal audit support, and operations management.

She developed and delivered high-stakes financial projects involving multi-million-dollar transactions, producing lender-ready packages, budget-to-actual analyses, and forecasting models recognized by experienced finance and lending professionals. Her work supported multi-million-dollar financing that helped preserve a long-established, multigenerational family-owned business.

Ruth also implemented a structured process to identify cost savings and monitor budgets across 13 warehouses, improving financial visibility and the effective use of funds.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, she is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Xero Certified Advisor, and Xero Payroll Certified professional. A multi-time recipient of Star Performer awards for her contributions to international organizations, Ruth is known for her precision and sound judgment, consistently delivering reliable financial insights that drive compliance, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
