A. What this covers
Green Collar CFO provides professional services under signed engagement agreements. This site doesn’t sell products, subscriptions, or digital goods directly, so there are no site purchases to refund.
B. Engagement fees
Fees, billing cadence, and any refund or cancellation terms for our services are set out in your engagement agreement. Where that agreement addresses refunds, it governs. If you believe you’ve been billed in error, contact us and we’ll review it promptly.
C. Estimates
Figures produced by the pricing estimator on this site are non-binding estimates, not charges. No payment is collected through the estimator, and no refund can arise from it.
